The attendance fee for any Voxxed Days event in Switzerland is paid in relation to activities, events, and schedules detailed on the corresponding event website.

Tickets are subject to Swiss VAT at 8.1% of the ticket price and are charged to all attendees, including participants travelling from abroad, EU & non-EU.

During the completion of their registration, participants will be required to provide a means of payment. Payment for tickets can be completed online during the registration process, using a valid credit card, or participants can choose to pay via bank transfer or cheque. A VAT invoice will be generated. Those participants choosing to pay via bank transfer or check will be required to pay the organiser in full for their purchased tickets before the event start date. Failure to pay on time may result in a refusal to enter the event.

The organiser has the right to amend the program of activities and schedules for organisational and other reasons. In the unlikely event of Voxxed Days Switzerland being cancelled, ticket fees will be returned. No other claims against the organiser are valid. If the organiser needs to delay the conference, registrations will remain valid.

All attendees, by completing a ticket purchase or having a ticket purchased by a third party, agree that they will help encourage a safe and respectful atmosphere at Voxxed Days Switzerland and be bound by the Code of Conduct. Participants must refrain from engaging in illegal activities of any kind and understand that they are solely responsible for their actions during Voxxed Days Switzerland.

Participants will be provided a badge when they first enter Voxxed Days Switzerland, which acts as their means of entry into the venue and session rooms. For security reasons, participants must always retain the badge during their visit to the conference, and on-site staff may request to see it. Failure to present a valid badge may result in ejection from the venue. The badge will contain the participant’s name, company name, and QR code, which includes information about them, namely their name, company, and email address. Allowing any of the Voxxed Days Switzerland sponsors to scan the QR code on their badge allows the participant to receive further communication from that sponsor.

Participants further understand that photos and movies may be taken during any Voxxed Days event in Switzerland, which may include them. These photos and videos may be used on the Voxxed Days event website, the Voxxed website, and other related websites, social media, streaming sites, and associated publications. Participants agree that their image and voice may be included in such videos, movies, and recordings.
